Refund policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which tickets purchased via https://ticket-paradise.com/ may be cancelled or refunded, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

1. No General Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 29 (1) l) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), services related to leisure activities with a specific performance date or deadline are exempt from the general 14-day right of withdrawal. Therefore, once a ticket is purchased, there is no automatic legal right to a refund.

2. Voluntary Refund Schedule

Despite the lack of a legal obligation, the Operator provides a voluntary refund system for our customers based on the following timeline:

  • More than 72 hours before the entry date indicated on the ticket: 100% Refund of the ticket price.

  • Between 24 and 72 hours before the entry date indicated on the ticket: 50% Refund of the ticket price.

  • Within 24 hours of the entry date (or after the entry date): No Refund will be provided.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order details and the reason for the cancellation. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (via Stripe).

4. Special Provisions

  • The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally withdraw or amend this voluntary refund commitment at any time.

  • Refunds are only applicable to the ticket price; any individual telecommunication or payment processing surcharges (if applied by your provider) are non-refundable.
